Now Hiring - Sales Administrative in Grapevine, TX

The Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a local company to actively recruit an experience Sales Administrative II to join their team.

Shift: 7:00AM-4:00PM ( Monday thru Friday)

Position Summary:

This is a critical role in support of the sales team and serving the customer. The general functions include generating reports for customers, preparing presentations, forwarding web and other leads to both inside and outside sales representatives and supporting the Inside Sales Director. This position works closely with all sales representatives, credit and collections representatives and the product management group.

Duties/Responsibilities of Position:

• Provide administrative support which includes screening calls, processing purchase orders, generating reports.
• Perform routine clerical duties and provide general business support to the sales department and in support of business initiatives
• Responsible for developing, processing, and filing department records such as invoices, check requests, expense reports, lease contracts and UCC filings
• Development and maintenance of reports that include metrics for the department, comparative to budget and goal and performance measures
• Manage some custom reports for customer billing and generate special billing or invoicing based on customer requests
• Respond to and resolve routine sales inquiries
• Maintain confidential company information

Position Specific Competencies/Skills Required:

• Position is required to be in the office working
• Proficiency in Word, intermediate Excel skills including experience with V-Look Ups, Pivot tables, PowerPoint, MS Outlook, and using formulas
• Excellent organizational skills, time management and prioritizing
• Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy are critical
• Proven communication skills in written and verbal formats
• Ability to work at a consistent level with minimal supervision and direction
• Ability to anticipate the needs of the sales department and the customer
• Basic knowledge of Crystal report writing, on the job training
• Professional phone voice and heavy phone experience – they are supporting a team of 13 Inside Sales Engineers
• Shared mailbox with other team members

Experience/Education Required/Desired:

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience in an administrative or customer support role
• 3 or more years experience in an administrative role, preferably in support of a sales department or group
• Bilingual; Spanish a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
